I refused to eat at Mackers (as they call it here) for fifteen years prior to coming to Australia. Finally went back once while we were in a the middle of a hectic move, and one more time soon after that, but I decided it was gross and haven't been back since.
Behind this Mackers, there's a brothel (no lie).
